Ticket Policies and Procedures
Note: We are unable to refund or transfer pre-bought tickets for future days/times or refund any extra tickets bought. Online jump tickets are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Coupons cannot be applied to online tickets or combined with online purchases either online or in park.
**The minimum age to jump is 2 years old. No persons under that will be allowed on any equipment. Toddler Time is not offered on no school days, weekends and holidays**
Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your jump time is set to begin to allow for waiver check in, wristbands and Trampoline Safety Socks (with rubber grips on the bottom) (if you don’t already have them!) Your jump time will begin promptly at the time you chose. Like an airport, we are on a tight schedule, and jump passes need to be used for the time-frame they were purchased, as it affects our capacity/headcount for the entire park. We can’t alter your Jump Pass time for you because you hit traffic or didn’t get out of the house in time!
Inclement Weather Policy
The safety of our customers and staff is very important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, Altitude may close early. In the event of closing early there will be social media posts on Facebook and our website home page announcing the details. If you choose not to use your online jump passes/ if you choose not to attend a party or group event that you have scheduled with us due to inclement weather or unsafe road conditions you forfeit your tickets/deposit.

Trampoline Safety Jump socks are required for all jumpers, they can be purchased at the park for $3.50 and may be reused.
Rent a Bounce Board: Monday – Thursday from 10:00AM – 8:00PM.
10 years of age or older.
With the purchase of a Jump Pass, rent a Bounce Board for $5 for 30 minutes.

Release Waiver
.All jumpers of Altitude Trampoline Park must sign a waiver to participate. Jumpers under the age of 18 must get parent/guardian consent and sign-off.

PLEASE NOTE: Electronic waivers completed in our system are valid for 1 year. Printed and signed waivers brought to the counter are valid for that day only with a purchase of a jump ticket.
