REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Online open jump tickets are final sale, non-refundable and must be used for the date and time purchased.

GIFT CARD/JUMP PASS POLICY

Gift cards can only be redeemed at the location they were purchased at. Jump passes and gift cards are not tracked and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

The safety of our customers and staff is very important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions Altitude may close early. In the event of closing early there will be social media posts on Facebook announcing the details. If we are open and you have purchased online jump tickets, or have a party or event scheduled with us, and you choose not to attend due to inclement weather or unsafe road conditions you forfeit your tickets/deposit.
